Set up an icing station
You'll ice 20 minutes every 2 hours for the first week. Have ice packs, a towel, and a timer within arm's reach of your recovery spot.
🏋️
Pause gym and fitness memberships
Most patients can't exercise for 6–12 weeks.
Clear tripping hazards now
Loose rugs, cables, and clutter are dangerous when you're on crutches. Walk through your home and clear the path from bed to bathroom to kitchen.
