Prostate Surgery Recovery
After prostate surgery, a urinary catheter is always in place initially. After catheter removal, urinary leakage is extremely common and expected; this is not permanent for most men. Pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) are the most important thing you can do and should begin immediately after catheter removal.
