Why a daily checklist helps during chemotherapy

Chemotherapy involves many small, easy-to-forget tasks that matter: timing anti-nausea medication correctly, staying hydrated, watching for infection during the nadir period, and caring for your mouth and skin. A simple daily checklist helps you stay consistent with these tasks without having to hold everything in memory, especially on days when fatigue or nausea make that harder.

About this tool

This checklist is compiled from general chemotherapy care guidance published by NHS, NICE and healthdirect. It is a general daily prompt for people undergoing active chemotherapy treatment — it does not replace your oncology team's specific instructions for your drug regimen, which always take priority. For a stage-by-stage overview of a typical cycle, see our chemotherapy: what to expect guide. Your progress here is stored only on your own device and resets automatically each day.
