Brown Bag Medicine Card

Enter everything you take, once. Get a printable card and a QR code any clinician can scan.

Named after the old "brown bag review": bringing every pill bottle in a bag to show your doctor or pharmacist. This is the digital version.

🔒 Stored only on this device - nothing is sent to any server. The QR code puts your list straight into the link itself.

Add each medicine on its own line - only the name is required. Tab between fields; use "Add another medicine" or press Enter in the last field to add a row. Works with keyboard and screen readers.

This is a personal record to help you and your clinicians stay on the same page, not medical advice. It doesn't check doses, interactions, or suitability. Always confirm your medicines with your doctor or pharmacist, and keep this list up to date as things change.
